Eoan Strategies will customize Strategic Communication Capacity Building sessions to fit an organization’s goals, needs, and expectations, and the structure can range from a single session to a series of sessions—virtually and/or in-person. In addition, we can offer follow-up targeted TA to an organization, or specific staff, to go deeper into, and practice, what we learned during the session(s).
Eoan can also help the program or organization implement any strategies and tactics covered during the Capacity Building session(s). Participants will receive leave-behind tools and a list of resources following each session.

Eoan offers Strategic Communication Capacity Building services à la carte or in packages. We have four packages, which we tailor to the needs of our partners. We also can combine components of different packages to create a more customized approach. Each package also includes Eoan time for prep; project kick-off; understanding of partner’s goals and expectations and work; tools development; and follow-up.
One day-long session (in-person or virtual), focusing on defining audiences and developing messages, with interactive exercises, tools, and resources.
